Mina is an ESG and Impact Analyst at TriLinc and a key support member of TriLinc’s Investment Team. She participates in the ESG and impact portfolio due diligence and other ESG-related program support. Mina has her certificate in CFA ESG Investing. Prior to TriLinc, Mina worked at a social impact real estate firm, and prior to that, at a nonprofit organization and a film distribution company.

Her transition from an Executive Assistant to an ESG & Impact Analyst at TriLinc has provided her with a unique perspective on the company's mission and values. Mina holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business.
