Jonathan Ter Meer
Director of Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations


Jonathan is responsible for selling TriLinc’s Global Investment strategy to the institutional market and their consultants. Prior to joining TriLinc, Jonathan worked as a digital consultant helping companies and organizations leverage technology. He has extensive experience building and managing digital marketing campaigns designed to inspire and create value. Jonathan has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University where he also minored in Spanish. He studied at Oxford University’s Somerville College with a focus on Natural Science and Shakespeare. He formerly sat on the board of directors for Water for Cambodia, a social enterprise providing clean drinking water with the use of locally sourced bio-sand filters. Jonathan holds his Series 82 and 63 licenses.

• In high school I traveled through England and Scotland with a good friend. When we visited Oxford, I told him I’d come back to study someday. I got that opportunity and studied abroad at Oxford University while in college.

• When I was fourteen I spent almost a month in Brazil with my church and the experience was life-changing. Meeting people from a completely different culture left me hungry to explore the world. I’ve been fortunate to spend time in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Europe and each place developed a deeper sense of unity and goodwill for the human race.
