TriLinc Global shares its gratitude for Andrew Kassoy, who passed away in June 2025, for his visionary work in creating B Lab. Andrew leaves a persistent legacy: accelerating the impact investing sector’s ability to engage the capital markets and harness the power of private enterprise to generate financial, social and environmental returns – delivering benefits for all stakeholders. TriLinc became a certified B Corp (2011-2024), receiving “Best for the World” recognition in 2022 and 2017, and we continue to use the B Lab framework for managing our company. We send heartfelt condolences to Andrew’s family, and we mourn the loss of a generous, tenacious leader who helped activate the capital markets to change the world for the better.
