For each target market TriLinc enters, we look to partner with leading investment organizations or strategic intermediaries from both the private sector and the Global Finance Institution communities. As part of our launch strategy, TriLinc is in negotiations with a select number of Sub-Advisors and has signed six formal cooperation agreements with strategic intermediaries servicing the SMEs and other Social Impact asset classes throughout the emerging markets.
