Our goal is to provide world class social impact investments that generate predictable cash flow and profits, which allows us to mobilize significant amounts of private capital to the global SME space. Therefore, our model is built on four primary principles:

Our loan portfolios consist of secured debt to proven organizations that serve the SME market and MBO debt to successful High Impact Entrepreneurs. For most of our investments, we will be “buying cash flow”.
- We provide secured SME debt capital to proven and dependable financial intermediaries who provide ESG oversight, financing and technical assistance at the local level.
- We provide secured SME debt capital as a co-investment (along side DFIs) for “follow on” investments to high impact entrepreneurs. All deal flow, ESG oversight, technical assistance and debt servicing will be provided by the DFI or another intermediary partner.
- We provide secured MBO debt financing to successful high impact entrepreneurs which have been long term investments of SME funds that have come to the end of their fund charter.
